When will receive my electric bike?
Processes orders within 1-2 days. The shipping time 3-7 days.
Is the bike easy to assemble / can I assemble it yourself?
We believe the assembly of the bike is quite straightforward, and generally takes around 15-25 mins to put it together. Please watch this video to see how to assemble the Ebike.
Can I Ride eBike In The Rain?
Although the Helokeep e-bike is IPX65 waterproof, please keep in mind that long-term riding in heavy rain will affect the life of the battery and reduce traction, so please ride caution.
How do I maintain an electric bike?
Electric bikes require regular maintenance, just like any other type of bicycle. This includes things like changing the oil, checking the brakes, and inflating the tires. It is also important to keep the battery charged and to inspect the bike for any damage.
